The same day the new Politically correct Police Chief said she wants to change the hearts and minds of the officers....In other words, screw the victims, coddle the criminals...Oakland would be a good place to form the center of the people's Republic of Shitholeastan, take the bay area, run down the coast to La La land and fence everything west of interstate 5 off to keep them in and away from the rest of the state.
