It is time for RINOs to become extinct. The follow the dip shit game plan light is the very reason that Donald J. Trump is the president. If we taxed "carbon", we'd be taxing our own bodies. If we taxed "carbon dioxide", we'd be taxing our breath. Neither, by a monumental stroke of luck, is detrimental to our environment. This is an attempt to prop up an outrageous scam, which everybody knows for what it is.
