BTW profiling works, yes it can be abused. Yet when the senses kick in a good LEO will listen to them. It was the FIRST thing I was taught many years ago. Listen to what your gut is telling you.
Pardon and put him in charge of border patrol
A full pardon is in order, Sheriff Joe did nothing wrong. Profiling is a powerful law enforcement tool and should have been available to him and his deputies. No judge has the right to take that tool away. I'm proud of him for having the cojoness to defy the judge's order.
The same ppl who decry that he is a law man is sworn to uphold the law, are the very same ppl holding up the sanctuary city sheriffs for defying federal law.
