  • The guy in the photo just defines fabulosity... *rolls eyes*

I am not going to hate on any woman capable to shoot at b*tches that want to hurt us "over there" (wherever there is). I applaud her willingness to do what she wants to do in service of her country and her countrymen and countrywomen. There are women in combat in other countries and they are doing a good job. We all know about Israel. It is my understanding that there are women serving in Syria killing ISIS b*tches, whereas young ass male thugs are marching into Europe sometimes by themselves in order to get freebies from European countries, instead of staying and fighting.

I am okay with certain names being changed to accommodate women in those positions. It may be awkward for a woman to say I am a whateverman and if the name gives itself to something more neutral, I don't see the problem. Yes the term should be seen as Man as in Human, but again if the name gives itself to neutral language it is fine in order to allow for women to know they can serve in those position and they can call themselves that. I am not okay if the reasons behind it are not to show that capable women can be part of these positions, but a more nefarious reason. We will see in time.

    • The political correct terms for Fireman and Policeman have been Firefighter and Officer for decades. The only ones that seem to use them though are the firefighters and police. I think you make a valid argument but culture is hard to change. You have to really work hard at it and that is where the problem lies. Haters of America on the left will use political correctness to further their agenda of destroying all areas of our patriotic and religious culture. And they really work hard at it. So in many cases there are nefarious reasons, I have no doubt.

      • I don't doubt that anything progressives are behind they are behind with bad motives, I guess I am not ready to be extremely worried about this particular situation right now. I do disagree... culture is easy to change... very easy in fact. Take things out and put things in and voila the culture is changed. Just look at the past 100 years, take your pick of any country and you know what I mean is right.

        • Well, I was thinking more along the lines of patriotism, religion and the freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The left is having some success with the help of liberal media, our education system, and liberal justices, which should not be able to change law. They have succeeded in some areas through the deception of political correctness but the culture of American patriotism and religion along with freedoms many Americans hold dear such as the right to bear arms are not so easy to change. These rights, along with other things that make this country's culture exceptional, are still being held onto tightly by many and will not be taken away without force.

          • The question is for how long? As more people don't know who George Washington is nor what the Constitution is nor even why do we have Fourth of July celebrations... it is going to be easier and easier for the culture to change. It is not unusual of empires (so to speak) to reach a pinnacle and then an end. It is just too bad (seemingly) that the US didn't last as long as others. But perhaps I shouldn't be too pessimistic.

          • My friend it is everywhere. Even in States that you would think would know better...

          • November 8, I will know for sure if we have any hope. If it was Cruz instead of Trump that won on Nov.8, I would have much more hope.

  • Someone needs to be reminded that a rainbow flag patch on your uniform isn't very conducive to being properly camouflaged, but it does make for a good target.

  • When I joined the Marine Corps in 1968, the posters were "We Still Make Them Like We Used To." and "We Don't Promise You a Rose Garden."

My, how times have changed. Even the Marine Corps is changing Basic Rifleman to Basic Rifle Marine.

    I'm embarrassed.

Semper Fi--or at least it used to be. I may take my Marine decal off my car.

  • Time to start practicing . . .
    DA -- Yes
    NYET -- No
    TOVARISCH -- Friend
    PIVO -- Beer

If I can just find a phrasebook with "Are you of legal age?" in it, I'll be all set.

  • The one thing you don't mess with, if you want to keep wars away from your home and family anyway, is your military. If this isn't reversed, along with the rest of the Obamacrap that's been inflicted on the military then you can kiss your kid's future good bye.

  • Women think they want to serve in combat? It looks like we may have a bunch of new "women" in the military who should be sent to Afghanistan as soon as possible! I'm thinking these self-centered assholes will soon quit worrying about whether their shoes match their eye color and start thinking about what is really important in life. Like life itself? No matter what is hanging between your legs, or not, in some cases.

  • I can't take the destruction of our great institutions any longer, to me this is no longer about a peaceful debate among Americans, it is about those who would preserve America and those who are enemies of America.

Just had enough of this in your face gay shit.

  • Interesting part of the program is that the gubmint will now pay for the surgery to complete the transformation. I wonder how many people will join the Armed Forces just to declare trans and get the operations done for free?

    • Exactly. Does the Army pay for facelifts? Lip plumping? Tummy tucks? Then why the hell do my tax dollars have to pay for chopping up someone's genitals?

While our enemies build aircraft carriers and better and better fighter jets, we'll be spending our defense dollars on sex change surgeries. Sigh.

      • Naturally. The best way to hollow out the military is to debauch it in such a way no rational person would ever want to enlist. We will lose the next war on the battlefield for the first time the next time as a result of these absurd and traitorous policies. Esprit de Corp: pfffft.
