Poll: Majority of Americans Don’t Care About the Oscars. So basically 91% of the U.S. doesn’t give a crap. We’ll guess the 7% that do might be Academy members and that the missing 2% really didn’t give a crap.
In response, a vast majority — 62 percent — responded that they do not care “at all” about the Academy Awards. The poll found 29 percent of respondents care “a little” about the Oscars, while only seven percent care “a lot.”

I haven't watched awards show of any type since the 70s. Life's too short to waste hours watching overrated celebs be aggrandized and patting each other on the back.
I can account for a few of those that care. A friend of mine works for a company called Pretty Lights. They do the lighting for the Academy Awards, Super Bowl, and many other events, he was on tour with Kylie Minogue last year. So he and his co workers care, because it helps keep them employed.
Yet, to listen to the race baiters, the world will stand still on Sunday.
Little Participation trophies that these Hollyweird types give to each other...Kinda like what a Nobel prize became after Obungles won one..meaningless...
So...does Oscar have Jim Gilmomentum??
