Portland Public Schools board turns into book burners. The board passed a resolution Tuesday which will eliminate all books which “cast doubt on whether climate change is occurring and that the activity of human beings is responsible.”

Don't burnt books turn into carbon? I do realise that the attempt to treat carbon dioxide and plain, old carbon as somehow identical is part of the "settled science", embellished with photographs of power station cooling towers, pumping out water vapour, which is pictured against the sun, so that it looks conveniently black and manifestly EVIL.
All the same, shouldn't the Portland school board have devised some method of accommodating that satanic soot, before coming up with this idea?
