I thought they did that months ago.
This was entirely predictable ever since Illinois started slow-paying on any winning tickets over $100.
And yet, somehow, the unions and the legislators will still get paid.
I think there's an article on Drudge today saying that Illinois is going to completely stop repairing roads because of lack of money. This surprises me... not that Illinois is mismanaged and broke, but that they failed before California.
