Rancho Tehama Killer, Kevin Janson Neal, Had Been Charged With Two Felonies, Was Under a Restraining Order. More silly gun control laws that are not enforced will not make any difference. California needs to enforce gun laws before they start passing new ones.
We have in individual who had been charged with at least two felonies and was out on bail. He was also the subject of a restraining order issued to his neighbors, one of whom is now dead.
Despite the fact that all of that made his possession of firearms a legal impossibility, Neal somehow got his hands on a rifle and two handguns. And all this in a state with some of the most stringent gun control laws in the nation.

The guy stabbed his neighbor. Who's the moron judge who let him out on bail? Who's the moron who didn't have his guns taken away because of the felony charges?
Shhhhh. it is all the angry assault rifles fault, oh yea in the hands of a crazy white guy. The Kalifornia demotards don't care about the things you are asking. Gavin Newsom (The Lt Perv) already blamed the gun, and the comrades in Sacramento are all nodding their heads in agreement while conducting a giant circle jerk.
Progressives are great at passing laws; enforcing them? Not so much.
And Kalifornia keeps making felonies into lesser crimes and all the thugs want the state to stop bail so people like this can just run around free...And a felon with a gun, or two or three..Kalifornia is just like Chitcago. And I am sure tomorrow Gavin Newsom will be running around screaming about more gun control...Maybe we should be screaming about libtard control and keeping felons in JAIL.
