Rhode Island just made community college free: Thanks to the new influx of degree inflation Rhode Island has just subsidized the community college may be free but the cost entry level employment has just gone up by four semesters. But then again these guys are less interested in marginal benefits vs. marginal costs than they are in buying votes.
