I heard an interesting theory from one of my brothers today, he thinks Trump signing this bill is a good thing. Because now he has the House and Senate by the balls, he can demand and get the things he wants. It is an interesting look on things, we will have to wait and see. But what if little brother is right? Signing this monstrosity may have been the best thing Trump could have done to buy the idiot politicians and now they owe him big time.
I saw an explanation that I HOPE is true. Since it is NOT a budget, but a spending bill, President Trump is not required by law to enact it's provisions. He can spend whenever and however he wants, ignoring parts of it, expanding others, just like Obama did with HIS non-budgets.
I know this SUCKS BIG TIME and I know a lot of people out there feel betrayed by these disloyal f*@ks in congress and by Trump at this point.
However, I dare say the alternative is going to be far worse, just TRY and IMAGINE if this had been a democrat controlled congress with HIT-LER-y in the White House? AT LEAST AT THIS POINT WE STILL HAVE OUR GUNS...SO FAR

As I see it, this is the final nail in the coffin for Republicans in the mid-term elections this year. What in the world have they done--name one thing--to live up to their promises as a party?
I know this sucks, but we must not let it happen. If for no other reason than that Trump is starting to sound like a gun grabber, and if the Dems get in control of the House and Senate, that crappy gun confiscation bill they are trying to push will be law. Then, we will see a war, because the people won't stand for it.
I had high hopes for Trump, he is not a professional politician so I voted for him. Looks like it would not have mattered if I had voted for Shillery or Bernie, we just got screwed big time. How are we going to pay for all this shit when the House and Senate just passed all the big tax cuts for corporations and higher income people? $1.3 TRILLION? Where is the money going to come from?
To be fair to Trump though y'all need to remember that the Nine Pussies on the Potomac decided in 1998 that the line item veto was unconstitutional. Which meant that a President had to sign the budget or veto it, no other choices. That ruling 20 years ago took all the negotiating power away from our President. And how many times have we see a "continuing resolution" instead of a budget passed since 1998? F**king politicians in Washington have been screwing things up and lining their own pockets for 40 years and the last 20 especially. Because they know they can pass a budget "omnibus" proposal and the President has two choices. Veto the entire thing or sign it. And the sons of bitches always make sure to include military and national security funding in the "omnibus" bill so no President can refuse to sign on that one point alone.
No politician ever sees a dollar that he or she doesn't want to spend.
I was never 100% sold on Trump because I've known about him for over thirty years when I still lived in NJ and he got a lot of press.
I voted for him as the lesser of the two evils and I'd do it again but he's falling short on some of his promises. He's done some good things too but I believe he's finding out that draining the bureaucratic swamp is not as easy as he thought it would be and he's morphed into an actual politician because he understands he has to go with the flow to an extent.
That's why the whole thing should be figuratively blown up and started from scratch, IMO The Founders are probably rolling over in their graves by now.
