The reason given is Ryan thinks the timing isn’t right to consider H.R. 2909, the D.C. Personal Protection Reciprocity Act, a supplement to state reciprocity provisions of H.R. 38.

Paul Ryan is a dirt bag, straight up. He should not be the Speaker, & I can only hope he gets wiped out in the primary. He needs to go.
The time is always right for the People to be able to protect and defend themselves. Another reason for the Freedom Caucus to revolt and remove his cowardly ass from the speakership. Let him find and get a real damn job.
It is insane that we even need a law to protect our Constitutional right to bear arms--but state reciprocity that protects LAW ABIDING CITIZENS instead of stupid laws that disarm citizens is extremely necessary!
