This society is too polite. Gone are the days of tar and feathers and gone are the days of revolution. As a people with the right to defend one self from tyranny what are we doing to defend ourselves from tyranny?
If a person is CLEARLY violating the Constitution, why aren't we "tar and feathering" and taking people out of their offices?
How come the Left can violate people's Constitutional rights, but the Right and everyone who wants to protect our rights are not allowed to defend it to the last possible action?
We don't want to be barbaric...? We want to work it out? Talk it out? Hug it out? What if that fails...? We just keep electing the same idiots again and again. Judges are appointed, not elected by the idiots or corrupt bitches we elect. When are we going to do something?

If a judge was involved in a decision that directly leads to the death of someone in my family, because they will not enforce existing law or follow the constitution, that option would be on the table for me. Same goes for political figures that insist on enforcing sanctuary city bs instead of enforcing existing laws. Mayors, people who are city counsel members, what ever. They seem to be above the law, & are not held accountable. That must change.
All kidding aside, but can't these judges be impeached by the House? How hard would it be to photoshop a likeness of this judge into one of the bestiality orgies that blizzard hosts regularly in his Mom's basement? Surely that would qualify as grounds for impeachment.
These judges were approved by both Republicans and democrats. And a bunch of them are now ruling based on politics instead of the law. The way the system is designed you would have a hell of a time impeaching them. What needs to be done is to hold them accountable and be able to fire them and any other government employee that screws the pooch. Unfortunately try and fire a government employee...They would have to kill someone to get fired. then they would still get their job back after appealing to one of these idiots who wear black robes. The swamp appears to self perpetuate.
They way to handle this short of impeachment, any plaintiff or defendant who is conservative just has to ask the judge to recuse himself since he bundled money for a democrat and ruled against the government. There is no way to get a fair trial in front of him if you are conservative.

Federal Judge William Orrick III, who on Tuesday blocked President Trump's order to withhold federal funds from sanctuary cities, reportedly bundled hundreds of thousands of dollars for President Barack Obama.
Orrick, of the Northern District of California, issued an injunction against the Trump administration after the city of San Francisco and county of Santa Clara sued over the president's plan to withhold federal funds from municipalities that harbor illegal immigrants.
As FoxNews.com reported:
The ruling from U.S. District Judge William Orrick III in San Francisco said that Trump's order targeted broad categories of federal funding for sanctuary governments, and that plaintiffs challenging the order were likely to succeed in proving it unconstitutional.
The decision will block the measure for now, while the federal lawsuit works its way through the courts.
The news comes on the heels of the Department of Justice threatening on Friday to cut off funding to eight so-called “sanctuary cities,” unless they were able to provide proof to the federal government that they weren’t looking the other way when it came to undocumented immigrants.
The same judge issued a restraining order in 2015 against the advocacy group responsible for undercover videos purporting to show Planned Parenthood employees plotting to sell baby organs.
At the time, The Federalist found that Orrick raised at least $200,000 for Obama and donated more than $30,000 to groups supporting him.

Public Citizen also reported that Orrick gave $30,800 to the Obama campaign. Orrick did not remain in the private sector very long after Obama took office. In 2009, he joined the Justice Department. There, Orrick oversaw the Office of Immigration Litigation. In 2012, Orrick was nominated to his current post. He was confirmed a year later.
In its reporting on Orrick, the Washington Examiner noted that during Orrick’s confirmation hearing, he said he would remove himself from “cases involving issues, policies or initiatives developed by the Obama administration” in which he was involved at the Justice Department. Leon Fresco, who succeed Orrick at the Justice Department, was asked about any conflict between the Trump order and Orrick’s past. “In one way, if there’s a lawsuit about a Trump-era executive order then the record is confined to the Trump-era and he does not have to recuse himself,” Fresco explained. “But in the other way, because he was an employee of the DOJ Civil Division, and a lot of who would be litigating this were his colleagues and there was discussion of these matters while he worked there, then he would have to recuse himself.”
At Orrick's confirmation hearings he told the Senate Judiciary Committee he supported the concept that the federal government was supreme in issues related to immigration. “It is important that the country speak with one voice on immigration." He lied. He is also the same judge that blocked the release of the embarrassing and very telling videos of Planned Parenthood's Murder Inc., granting the injunction requested by the National Abortion Federation.
