Schieffer: Presidential Debate ‘Was Just Disgraceful’:

“How have we come to this? This is supposed to be a campaign for the most powerful office of the land. Here we’re marching in women into the hall who supposed to have some relationship with one of the candidate’s spouses. What’s that supposed to prove?”

It proves that hacks like Bob Schieffer have spent the last three decades prostituting themselves out to the Clinton’s. Note how this jerk uses the word “relationship”. Being raped by Bill Clinton does not count as a “relationship”.

  • Some relationship? Rape is not a relationship. This guy is disgusting. I wonder if he would be okay with Clinton having "some relationship" with his wife or daughter?

  • Look, it should be obvious I'm no Donald Trump fan, but what's wrong with addressing the issue of a presidential candidate having a spouse who is a serial rapist? Especially when the candidate herself helped to cover those rapes up? This is germane. In fact, it's more than germane. It's downright important. It goes to the question of Hillary's moral suitability for office. She's like the matriarch of a gangster family and she wants people to elect her to the most powerful position in the world. I don't think Bill is a danger to women anymore--when I watch him he looks so frail he can barely stand up and talk--but if Hillary is the sociopath her record suggests, that's relevant. Schieffer needs to get his head out of his ass.

    • I agree that it is relevant. We are told that this cannot be held against Hillary because these are not her crimes. If it ended there I would agree with that statement. But those telling us this had all the chance to do the right thing when Bill was running. They have no moral high ground. They are complicit in the cover up. Worse is Hillary. She knew what was going on and she could have stopped if forty years ago. More than just turning a blind eye to his behavior she victimized these women. She threatened them, the terrorized them, she had them investigated, she had them silenced. She encouraged and enabled Bill's sexual assault and rape for over three decades because she knew that doing the right thing and stopping him would have ended all her presidential ambitions.

    • Exactly. Words do count, but actions count for far more.

      He legally and legitimately raped girls as recently as a couple of years ago it is my understanding. He may not have the stamina to hold a woman down and rape her perhaps, but he could go the Bill Cosby route. As far as I am concerned any rapist that is still alive is a danger to women. A dead rapist is the best rapist and that includes pedophiles.

    • It's not even about her covering it up, it's about her trying to destroy the accusers.
      For someone like her to keep saying that she supports women, she sure does a good job of hurting them.
