Schiff skeptical of Flynn’s request for immunity: Never forget that Scooter Libby was sentenced to 30 months in jail despite the fact that Comey/Fitzgerald knew he was innocent while Hillary wasn’t even charged for the several felonies she committed. Yeah, Flynn better get immunity or plead the Fifth.

Scooter Libby, Martha Stewart, Barry Bonds... there's a lot of people who paid the price for saying something the prosecutors could twist into a lie, rather than for committing any sort of crime.
