Seattle judge is whacko

Seattle judge who ruled against Trump’s immigration order is a whacko. He even ended one decision by quoting a bogus statistic and saying “black lives matter.” And this was not a case that involved the Black Lives Matter movement.

  • How is it relevant who appointed him? A whacko is a whacko. And there have been numerous terrorists from those countries but they were arrested before they could strike. AND, dumbass, it is not a judge's job to decide which countries are dangerous. We elect a CiC for that.

    There are laws on the books that limit immigration into this country that have been there for fifty effing years.

    The job of any judge is to enforce existing laws, not interpret them based on his or her personal political ideology. That's one reason why the judicial system has gone to cr@p here. Social activist judges that would rather rule by their opinion than the rule of law.

      Jefferson allowed some parts of the law to expire, but it seems he made use of it during his own wars with Muslims if I am not mistaken... so parts of the laws are still found in US law codes:

      It was last reformatted in 1918 and it was a law used to excuse the internment of Japanese (Italians and Germans) during WWII by FDR... although he DID break the law because many to most of those imprisoned WERE indeed citizens, but the media or at least not much of them called him out on that, but if he had been Republican maybe...

      So... question is... what is the f'ing problem when it is clear that Trump is actually not doing anything new nor controversial here?
