Why was this sharpie lawsuit in Arizona dropped? Was it because it was phony?
The vendor of the voting machines says sharpies actually work better.
Just accept the lost and move on.

They handed me a pen to use for my ballot when I voted. Mmmmm....
I used a Sharpie here in West Michigan. The machine said it read my ballot so I assumed it worked.
