Fox News’ Shepard Smith gives Bobby Jindal crap for saying “all lives matter.” Journalists live in a bubble that filters out reality. What else can you say?

  • I only watched him once. Then I suddenly found I had other things to do when he was on.

  • I used to enjoy Megyn Kelley on Fox when she was on in the middle of the day. Shepard Smith followed her, then the awesome Neil Cavuto followed by the Five.

    After a while I started turning the TV off during Shepard Smith's show--the guy's a total douche.

    • When it was like that and I was at home I would watch something else while Shepard was on. I miss Neil. I hope he is doing okay. I know he has MS.

      • I love Neil Cavuto, and have been trying to find out why he's been off. I thought it may have been MS-related, but I read something the other day that said he had open heart surgery. Supposed to be doing fine, and will be back before the year's up.

  • Because all lives DON"T matter. For that matter, black lives don't really matter, either.

    For the Shepard Smiths of the world, it's all just collateral damage in a small battle that is part of the greater war. In the old days, people would sacrifice sheep. Now they sacrifice humans. But they're not really humans. They're just part of that abstract concept they call "the masses" (among other things).

    Why do I have a hard time believing them when they say "black lives matter"?

    Because they are making a big racket over a dozen or so people who were shot by police (or private security), at least half of whom were criminals, but ignoring the thousands that are shot in the course of day-to-day life, thousands of BLACK people who are shot by other black people.This is along with tens if not hundreds of thousands that are direct victims of other crimes, and millions that are indirect victims, paying higher prices for their needs, higher prices that are caused by crime, unable to enjoy a day in a local park due to criminals, etc.

    Because they don't seem to give a rip that schools that first and foremost - and probably only - serve the unions and politicians and condemn hundreds of thousands of black children to living out their lives in poverty because they never got an education

    Because they don't give a rip that said under- and uneducated people buy into policies that sound good and caring, but in fact destroy opportunity in the inner city, and keep re-electing politicians who say one thing and serve only their special interests, which includes so-called leaders of the black community. They know better. All that data is not secret. But they let it go on so they can enrich themselves at the expense of the people in that community.

    So since it's obviously NOT about black lives, we can say with certainty that it's about something else. We can speculate about the details, but all roads lead to less freedom and more statism and gov''t oppression.

    • We haven't seen media stars, sports stars, movie stars, music stars, etc, look any leaner, have we?? And all this time, the people have gotten economically, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually worse off... You are more right-on with your comment, andre53. The masses on the one hand are too stupid to be allowed any "freedom" which is why their captives enjoy receiving every dollar expunged from them on stupid crap at the 7-11 rather than planning out their monthly and annual budgets (never mind an actual long-term plan or a mere friggen goal)... on the other hand, the masses refuse to accept any logical authority to teach children how not to end up in the endless loop of the former scenario.

      End result: Communism. Because, like Ron White says, "You can't fix stupid." You also can't keep funding stupid, either.

      I can understand what Shep is saying... the deeper issue is that, beyond the memes (Black Lives Matter vs All Lives Matter), nobody has presented - or has been allowed to present, quite possibly - actual PLANS to dissipate the anger and move into more calmer waters to even BEGIN working at solutions. In other words, the sh*t-flinging hasn't yet stopped.

      He was clearly frustrated at yet more talking points. So am i, frankly.

      • Elvis could afford a new TV. I have to restrain myself, and/or avoid watching the news or any political speeches.

    • I didn't throw things but I kept shaking my head and wondering why is Shepard so stupid. Then I remembered he is a liberal... a liberal that called a man who committed suicide a coward on national television live. Yet he has a problem with the term ALL LIVES MATTER? really?

    • He reminds me of an alien and not in a good and cute way. He is so foreign to me when he goes off script. He doesn't seem to fit in Fox News. When I saw that I couldn't believe it.

        • On the so-called conservative network. What a joke. If there was ever a doubt about Fox being just another left-leaning media source, it died when they went all-in for Donald Trump. Like the political parties themselves, Fox stumping for the Republican Party is all for show, to make it look like diverse opinions exist. They don't. Anybody with truly diverse opinions is marginalized, attacked, and buried. Shephard Smith is making it clear that the words "all lives matter" are forbidden and using them will result in immediate punishment.
