Lol...Shitholio isn't a Spanish word but it works for me! I went to basic training in Alameda, just across the bay, and San Francisco was a great place to visit back then. Even Oakland wasn't that bad but like any city you had to be careful about where you went.

I know it sounds mean to say it but sometimes I wish the "big one" would hit California. L. Lol...I live in New Mexico, not Arizona but I can show you a bunch of 10 acre lots near me for about $20 grand. One neighbor here at the lake is selling his place for $150 grand. A nice doublewide, another single wide for a guest house, shop, storage sheds, garage, with its own well and new septic system, If I had the money or wanted it I would go for it. The price is a little high but if a man showed up with a check in hand who knows? And you would be welcome, we gun toting, Bible thumping, redneck hillbillies are pretty accommodating most times.
