The law arrested a frigging arsonist yesterday, they are saying this asshole deliberately started this fire because he was pissed off at his neighbors. And, all his neighbors homes burned down while his is the only one standing untouched. Maybe one of those "neighbors" should torch his home, what do they have to lose? It isn't like there is anything flammable left in the area anyway.
You have to wonder how long it will take the Jihadi community to realize how much damage you can do with one match.
Well the guy in the Idyllwild fire just threw road flares out the window....Shit here it comes, a ten day waiting period and background check for road flares...
Almost forgot about this gem...kinda related..a long time ago, a Sergeant for our highway patrol was putting out road flares for a accident when a drunk driver drove right through the middle of the mess..The Sergeant got somewhat pissed and threw a lighted flare at the guys car, right through the open back window and the drunks car burned to the ground...I always loved that story...Heartwarming....
When I lived in San Timoteo Canyon, south of Redlands, CA, there was a guy one summer who made a habit of throwing lit road flares out of his car window. He had done it a few times before I saw him do it, from the top of a hill near my home. Bastard threw a lit flare into the dry brush only a couple hundred yards from my back yard.
I got the fire put out, because I always carried a shovel, (right next to the rifle), on a gun rack on the front of my Honda ATC. Since I had a description of the car, the cops came out to take a report. One of my very few neighbors was there, and we both told the cop that the guy better hope he gets caught by the cops, not us. If he got caught by us, there would be no phone calls.
There are a bunch of sad, sick individuals in the world. Who would want to destroy the woods or peoples homes like that?
