Speaking of RINOs… it’s been six months since McConnell, Boehner, Ryan, et al. cut a budget deal with Obama that suspended the legal debt limit and during that six months federal debt has increased by more than $1 trillion.

  • If you used the phrase "National debt" to a mainstream 'journalist' you would only get a blank stare in return...

  • If you black box giving the senate to the republicans, you have to conclude it would be in better hands under donk control.

    Want to know why Trump is winning? SH!T like the budget deal, the going to the mat for TPP, the utter disdain for the base, and finally the fact we now understand that the GOPe also does not play for our team.

    • There's that delusional thinking again, completely separated from reality and facts. You think that a man who has declared bankruptcy four times, severely damaging the well-being of thousands of investors while negotiating with bankers to make sure he himself came out whole, is going to move into the White House and suddenly transform himself into a wise guardian of other people's money. I can't even comprehend how a brain reaches that conclusion and what level of mental gyrations are required to achieve it.

        I like the way you go to personal insults right off the bat. My post says that the base is tired of the slightly center right of the Uniparty, known as the GOPe. That the complete betrayal for the umpteenth time will bring about a backlash. Trump is that backlash.

        In short, your knee-jerk reaction is typical of why Trump is winning. But the bigger reason is people, myself included, are joyed to see a person that is fighting for our team, America.

      • Not necessarily that he'd be GOOD at it, just better than Bernie or Hillary.

        • That's about where I'm at on it, too. I'd vote for Donald Trump's DOG before I'd make it any easier for Killary by staying home or writing in someone with no chance. To me, this election is all about the Supreme Court, and avoiding an 8-1, 7-2 liberal majority for the next 50 years. I honestly don't think America could hold up against that kind of onslaught.

          • I just hope Trump doesn't prove all his supporters wrong. I would like to believe what he has said, but I have this thing called an excellent judge of character, and it throws up red flags, warning whistles, and flashing red lights around him.

          • I call bs on this. You need him to lose or fail as pres. to soothe your ego and prove you are an excellent judge of character.

          • Just goes to show that you don't pay attention. Many of us here have been saying all along that we would vote for whoever the nominee is, even if it's Trump. Your delusion is blinding you.

            You may vote for him, but you want him to lose, you expect it. If he wins you want him to fail, you projected it.

          • I wanted him to lose in the PRIMARY to Cruz! If he's the nominee, I want him to win and do what he said he will do. I just have my doubts.
            BTW, if living in NJ is what makes you so delusional, I'm glad I moved out 12 years ago.

          • Yup...I agree. Personally, I wish he had never gotten in the race. I've never heard so much blather (without saying anything of substance) in my life. I'm HOPING that was mostly to get through the primary gauntlet. That remains to be seen.

            And I expect he'll never come close to fulfilling his campaign rhetoric. But then again, better men than him have shined on their campaign promises.

            But at this point, to me, it's all about the Supreme Court. We all know what Killary would do if she gets the chance. That's a given. I'm not convinced Trump would make the BEST choices for a Constitutional nominee, but I have to hope he truly wants what's best for America, and gets the advice he needs to do the right thing.

            I'm certainly not happy with the hand that we were dealt, but at this stage of the game, folding is not an option. We have to make the best with the cards we have. If not, we're done.

          • If you voted for Romney/Ryan ,like I did, then your judgement ain't as good as you think. It hit me hard too with the budget deal. They fooled me once. They won't fool me again.

          • I didn't vote for Romney in the primary, and I only voted for them in the general because they were the better choice than Barky.
