Starbucks’ new bathroom policy not working out as hoped. Actual paying customers are getting sent to a “Dunkin’ Donuts nearby” because Starbucks bathrooms are often closed for “extreme cleaning” required after use by vagrants and drug users. And employees are getting stuck by discarded needles when they try to clean them.
