Supreme Court unanimously BLOCKS 400,000 immigrants who entered the US illegally and were allowed to stay on ‘humanitarian grounds’ from applying for a green card. It’s about time they woke up and stopped this Biden administration garbage. Now deport them and close the border.
The Supreme Court ruled Monday that up to 400,000 immigrants who gained temporary protected status but came here illegally won’t be able to get green cards – with liberal Justice Elana Kagan such status ‘does not come with an admission ticket.’
The Supreme Court was unanimous in its refusal to let immigrants who have been allowed to stay in the United States on humanitarian grounds apply to become permanent residents if they entered the country illegally.

What you mean to say that Roberts went along with the rule of law? That explains all the ground shaking.
It is about time that the US Laws are applied to all those who are here. If you are illegal, you should be expelled and forced to go through the process of coming to this country in a legal manner.
I would rather that all who have entered illegally be barred from every entering again under any circumstances.
Boy, that right there would take care of the problem immediately. Immediately. Once everybody heard that attempting to enter illegally would forever end their chances of becoming a legal immigrant, the inflow of illegals would stop dead.
What's happening? Did I wake up in a different dimension? An alternate universe? Since when does Elena Kagan make sense?
For that matter John Roberts too.
Even a stopped wall clock gets the time right twice a day...but only if you happen to be looking at it at the right time of the day for it to be correct, Otherwise it's always wrong, just like Kagan. This is one of those rare instances of looking at that clock at the right time of day for it to be correct..
