Supreme Court upholds Trump travel ban on some Muslim-majority nations. The 9th Circuit Court of Schlemiels gets bitch-slapped again.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld President Trump’s controversial travel ban affecting several mostly Muslim countries, offering a limited endorsement of the president’s executive authority.
The ruling was 5-4 upholding the selective travel restrictions, which critics have dubbed a “Muslim ban” but the administration argued was needed for security reasons.

Finally, some adults with working brain cells made a ruling. I love this part, "...the case was sent back to the lower courts, which were told to rely on the Supreme Court’s interpretation of executive authority." A judicial ass-whupping. "Ok, 9th, get it right this time."
Of course the 9th will probably eff it up again.
There has been talk about splitting the 9th into 3 districts but I cannot see it happening. Thomas and Co. enjoy the power they have over millions of people and will not give that up easily.
