If they rule in his favor, the Constitution is no longer useful for anything more than kindling.
I heard Josh Earnest (what a name) lie yesterday and say that Obama was certain the supreme court would see it his way and the administration would win. If that happens, welcome the age of the dictator, who can do anything he/she wants and congress becomes 500 plus idiots looking for work.
