Well, since he's a liberal there will be no serious charges. Liberals, you see, are always acting from the highest motives and should not be discouraged. A conservative walks into the Capitol and snaps a couple photos: two decades in prison is what he gets. A liberal walks in with a gun to kill a governor: he'll get a sentence ordering some counseling and an abject apology for being too rough with the handcuffs.
