Texas Supreme Court orders Dallas salon owner released as Abbott bans jailing citizens for lockdown violations. Don’t mess with Texas.
The Texas Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the release of salon owner Shelley Luther, who was jailed for opening in violation of the state’s rules, as Gov. Greg Abbott issued an executive order retroactively eliminating jail time as a consequence for violating the state’s coronavirus restrictions.
Shortly after Abbott’s announcement, the Supreme Court of Texas ordered Luther’s release. An attorney for Luther, who is with her at the jail, told Fox News they don’t know the timing yet of when she will be freed.

Last I saw this salon owner had a go fund me with over 500,000 in it. Obama's little brother, Judge Moye needs to be thrown off the bench.
I donated to her GoFundMe page. It wasn't just her opening of her salon that impressed me, it was her demeanor and conviction in the courtroom. She really came across well. The crazy judge said all she had to do was admit she was selfish and he wouldn't throw her in jail. She politely refused and explained that it wasn't selfish to want to feed her children.
The lady was on Hannity last night, along with all the news concerning General Flynn. It is good to see a hard working American stand up to a radical judge. it was a woman on top of that which truly pissed his arrogant ass off. The Texas AG should look into judicial misconduct and begin proceedings against the judge.
Also in the People’s Republic of California, LA is threatening to “commandeer” hotels that refuse to house homeless people:

Oops, I kinda put this in the wrong thread...
I blame it on MGAP.
