  • Venezuela, 1969-1974, every single time it rained, the power would go out. Every time. That was in Maracaibo, the second largest city in the country. You know how much rain Venezuela gets? Metric craptons, that's how much. Looks like things haven't been upgraded. Wonder where all that oil money has gone?
