  • New Series called "Dear Liberals, 30 minute episodes of snowflakes crying, getting crayons, safe rooms. depends, and safety pins from white people...

  • I think I'll ask them when they're doing a remake of the Amos and Andy show so they can piss off black people.

  • If you had bought $7K of Netflix in 2012, you would have $150K today. Just an FYI. Having said that, if people really want to fix Netflix @$$, they need to short the stock, not go boo-hoo on Twitterville.

    • Agreed. Holding your breath and kicking like a 6 year old is what democrats do. We on the other hand, should affect and can affect changes in corporate behavior and attitudes using the power of the USD. Strategically applied, they'll stop the BS. Let's face it, all the morons that are rioting and protesting hold about 3% of the wealth in this country.

      • I just wish I had known in 2012 what I know now. I could've paid off my previous house. (Instead, I sold and then bought a cheaper house.) Unfortunately, I have limited funds for stock investment anymore these days. And limited nerves. In any case, if Netflix does begin to look like it's heading for the dumps (it has a really long way to go), I will consider taking a short position. But I seriously doubt one idiotic series is going to put them into a tailspin.

  • Only considered satirical and "non-triggering" because it's making fun of white people. As one commenter stated, if it was reversed, people would be up in arms.

  • "They describe the show as a 'witty comedy' and explain that it 'satirizes "post-racial" America as students of color navigate a predominantly white Ivy League college.'"

Except there is no such Ivy League college. There wasn't even such a thing thirty years ago which is why our first black president has a Harvard Law degree. TV writers live in a Hollywood cocoon completely divorced from reality.

  • Netflix has a history of managers making idiot decisions. Before they went to the internet, they were extremely popular renting disks through the mail - until the day they bumped the prices some huge percentage pissing their consumer base off. They nearly went bankrupt after that but started over via the internet. Apparently, they figured it was time to screw the pooch again.
