Even if it did, that's more of a bad commentary on the BBB. After all, TU DID fail, regardless of rating.

Like I trust any politicians to run anything without royally screwing it up. Their's a reason most of these people going into politics, it's because they can't run a business.

So much for Trump's claim that they win every lawsuit against the school, and I love the defense his lawyers offered: instead of denying that Trump University was a scam, they claimed that the statute of limitations had run out. Nice. "World class businessman" my ass.
Perhaps Cruz can use this in his campaign as it amounts to a tacit admission of guilt.

That's for "The Trump Entrepreneur Initiative" which means the business had already been spanked by its low BBB rating and complaints about calling itself a university (when it was clearly NOT a university), so it had to change its name. Notice, at your link, that it is not accredited by the BBB and notice the unresolved complaints to the BBB. And notice even your defense leaves Trump in the position of being a liar because, last I checked, "B" is a different letter than "A."
Um, where did I defend Trump? I pointed out the facts, because the moderators last night, Rubio, Mitt etc decided to play fast and loose with the truth too.
But then again, I coudl defend Trump if I was so inclined......
The name change took place in 2010, when the NY Dept. of Education took issue with the name as a violation, as I pointed out in my post....no academic degrees or certifications
