So there was a war, and various uprisings andcriots in the 60's to.eliminate segregation, but now they WANT segregation? Hell, generations of blacks are spinning in their graves. We could probably use the energy created to power our electricity needs. Theybwantvsgregation? Get on with it. Stick em in a ghetto.so I don't have to hear their foul language, their screaming conniption fits and their asses hanging out of their pants. Would make my life better. Of course, I wouldn't want ant of my normal black friends inconvenienced by the rabble.

I will need to earn hundreds of millions of dollars a year to ensure the property is up to code. They do weddings and other things in the property and they are always hard up for cash to keep the place going.
That's because of the taxes. Most of the great houses are either bought by foreigners or turned over to the state to run. The house they use for Downton Abbey has been on the edge a few times. The maintence alone is beyond belief. That's why they have tourist tours and why they rented it out for filming.
More... for some estates the taxes actually were close to 100%

Yep. The show even speaks to that, how it became impossible for many to keep up their estates due to the government essentially going socialistic after WWI.
Segregation is just the beginning. They won't be happy until whitey is no longer accepted to colleges. Then they can create the curriculum they want, and have it all paid for by the government.

Why the hell not? They've been 'accepting' it for decades in every form of government assistance they can get their hands on.
Well, I was just thinking that,...maybe,....if they really want to be separated, we could figure out some system where taxpayer money could be earmarked as to where it came from, blacks or whites, or other categories. Then, the blacks could have their own college, entirely safe and separate from evil white college students, and financed entirely with money from black taxpayers.
Of course, black history studies would be required, along with many Afrikan programs, and just ignore all that "white" stuff, like the sciences, business, engineering, and such.
This way, the blacks could have their own degrees, and employers could ignore them much more effectively. Would THAT make them happier? I mean, why just have a little center with cheap rent, right in the middle of the ugly white kids?
