If I were a student at the University of California, I would stop paying tuition, room, and board, and still go to class, live in my dorm, and eat in the cafeteria.
When eventually hassled by the administration for non-payment, I would simply insist that I identify as an "undocumented immigrant dreamer" and that my status at the university was no different than their status in our country.
