An unstoppable bubbling pool of mud is headed across California. A bubbling mud pot near the Salton Sea started moving a couple years ago and so far engineers have been unable to stop it. You think the fires burning all over the state are bad? Wait till the unstoppable mud hits San Diego.

California. Let me check my give-a-shit-ometer. Tap Tap. Nope, flat zero.
When I saw the story my first thought was this has to be in Sacramento on Capital mall....
Read the article if you’re concerned. It’s moving at a pace of 20 feet per year. Wake my grandchildren when it gets to Palmdale.
Well, yeah, there is that. But it's still an unstoppable bubbling pool of mud, you can't take that away from it. And don't forget, if you sat in a lawn chair forty feet in front of it and fell asleep for two years, you'd be engulfed.

Looks like I'll have something interesting to shoot aerial footage of on my way home from Yuma, AZ in February.
Are we sure this is actually...mud? Given California it might be an even more noxious substance.
Could be where they're dumping all that poop they've been cleaning off the sidewalks.
Socialist/communist angst bubbling straight from hell, spreading its noxious filth across the land, covering the state in a miasma of putrefaction? Good thinking, you might be right.
I think Berkeley Breathed wrote that years ago. To which Opus responded, "Well, sure it's bad, but I don't think it's that bad.
Slurry this will devolve into another of 'those' threads...
Nope, I will move heaven and earth to keep that from happening.
I applaud your goop intentions...
It's all those sorry mudder ****ers in Sacramento ruining it for the rest of the state.
You're saying they're a bunch of dirty politicians?
Bunch of sticks in the "swamp" mud.
