So.... I am a racist, homophobic, Christian nazi type person... because I refuse to participate in the activities of others, even if I allow such people in my presence otherwise. mmmkkk... :-/
So.... I can "believe" in my G-D but I can't represent my beliefs through actions? :-/ Not even sure how that makes sense...
"While Feldblum recognizes that religious belief and conduct cannot be easily separated, she also said that when religious liberty and sexual liberty conflict, 'I'm having a hard time coming up with any case in which religious liberty should win.'"
So YOU want to have control over OTHERS. You see this as a war that YOU want to win and take over OTHER people's thoughts and actions to favor you. Why? Why can't you live and let live? Why is it that others opinions bother you so much?
"It seemed to me the height of disingenuousness, absurdity, and indeed disrespect to tell someone it is okay to “be” gay, but not necessarily okay to engage in gay sex. What do they think being gay means?"
First the word gay was co-opted it meant happy and it was co-opted by homosexuals (and the like) in order to put a positive spin on the lifestyle.
Second, heterosexual or straight people can be straight or heterosexual and NOT engage in sexual behaviors of any kind. They can be sure without hesitation of their only liking people of the opposite gender in a romantic, physical and sexual way, but still not practice nor engage in sexual behaviors of any kind... So... it gives homosexuality a bad look if the ONLY way for an homosexual to be an homosexual is for him (or a lesbian --- her) to engage with someone of the same gender sexually. If a person knows that they are not attracted to opposite gender people, but find same gender people attractive, but chooses for whatever reason, to not engage in sexual behaviors that person is still "gay", but CHOOSES (just like the heterosexual person) to not engage in the BEHAVIOR for whatever reason. A religious reason is just as valid (for ALL PEOPLE) as it is simply not wanting to engage in sexual activities for health reasons, etc. Isn't that what the Left is about? Choices? So a homosexual can CHOOSE to not engage in behaviors yet still very much be "gay". That is not absurd and then it is not disrespectful to point that out.
Third, people are allowed their opinions. Why do any "gay" person get butt hurt... *lols* because someone has an opinion? How is an opinion about their behavior or even their state of being a problem? Why put so much weight in the opinion of others? If your lifestyle is awesome and righteous then why you mad when others do not approve and why you need others approval for that matter?
Thomas Jefferson was correct when he said "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants"
The dip shits and the weak kneed RINOs do not get it. A vast majority of this country will Stand Up and Fight Back. That is why they are all about the open borders. Bring in more takers and free loaders. That way they remain in power.
"civil rights commission" they should be committed--the biggest racists of all
Call me Christian if you want, but I'm not religious cuz true religion is taking care of the widows and the fatherless. And there would be no civil rights without Christians.
Anal Loony's lawsuit against ISIS is not going to sit well with these civil rights pricks..Wonder if George is going to have to donate more to the DNC to make up for it?
Another government agency that needs to be moved to the lo the lower level of the outhouse or just shut down all together.
“Beliefs” can still receive First Amendment protections, according to these civil rights bureaucrats, but “conduct” should be constrained by statutory law. In other words, believe what you want but do what we tell you.
We are months away from these people demanding that there be thought police. I used to think the word "fascist" was hyperbole for these people. But they have come to fit the definition very well.
