So we fired missiles, Britain watched and the French fired one with a white flag?
Maybe Britain fired a missile that worked but the French? If it went more than 100 miles then they were lucky, the surrender flag was holding it up!
Good morning fellow haters. I have been reading articles all over the news sites. Some hateful because they like bashing on Trump, some kind of understanding his actions, but know one is really getting it.
I am a veteran, been there and done that. Any of you here familiar with the term "preemptive strike"? That is what President Trump did. A preemptive strike to keep Assad from making more chemical weapons. And letting the despot know that if he keeps it up he can be taken out.
See folks that is the point and I agree with Trump. If Assad had gotten away with killing his own people with chemical weapons then who would he target next? Israel? Iraq? Iran? Even us, he has the missiles to reach our country. He is an evil man and if it were up to me he would be taken out. But killing a countries leaders is a no-no, we can't do that. But we can take out that despots means of killing innocent people even in their own countries.
Those of us who have fought understand the horrors of war and never want to see another one. But the reality is there are some evil people in the world and we have to be ready at all times to protect ourselves. And if it means bombing the crap out of Syria or anyone else then go for it.
Well stated sir. Deal with evil now or deal with them in a more embolden way later.
Thank you sir. I'm just a simple man, believe in right and wrong, don't see much of this "grey" crap people talk about. Right is right, wrong is wrong, nothing hard to figure out. And when it comes to evil people doing evil things? Take them out. Because they will always be that way no matter how many sanctions or restrictions or how many other "diplomatic" things we do.
