You don't have a civil right to go into a bathroom when you have the anatomy of the opposite gender.

Well. THAT's a serious non sequitur. On the other hand, I think I recall Trump saying that this is a matter for the states to decide -- you, what some people like to call "States' Rights." But I guess States' Rights is now a leftist Democrat RINO principle, too.

I don't think this is a slam dunk for the Feds. NC isn't California. My brother in law thinks they will change the law because of the threat of cutting off the education money, but I hope they fight this.
