Veterans Join ‘March for Our Lives’ to Push for Gun Reform. It appears some people forgot that defending the Constitution includes the Second Amendment.

  • When you consider McCain, Kerry and several more of that ilk, it's no surprise. Also, if they see Congress disregarding their commitment to the Constitution, they probably figure they have the right to disregard it too.

  • Watched a few videos of people interviewing those at the rallys. One had a girl in an air force fleece with her name and US Air Force on it.

    Personally, I see that as a problem.

  • When taking the oath there’s no portion that permits which part to defend and which part you don’t.

    The fools who claim that the constitution is a living breathing document as just plain stupid. The last time I was in the National Archives, I didn’t see a chest rising and falling inside the glass.

    • I had that argument with a young liberal lady that works for me in my Faire booth. She said it's a living document, I told her it's a contract. There ARE ways in the contract by which it can be changed. But not by any other means.

  • I hate to say this, but I have met some veterans at the VA that I believe would join in this protest. Most of them were hippie draftees during Vietnam, and never grew up to the reality of life. I'm sure there are a few recent vets that are also jumping on the high speed train to nowhere. This is evidenced by the fact that even some combat vets voted for Obama. Some people only joined the military looking to get a free college education, and become further indoctrinated by the left. Look at that a-hole that recently graduated West Point and made such a fuss about being a commie.

  • Veterans or vegetarians? Big difference! I know a lot of vets, been fighting for veterans rights through the American Legion, the VFW, the VA itself for a lot of years. Never met one vet yet who would go to a anti-gun rally. Something about this article tells me it was a set up for anti-gun nuts to push their agenda.

  • Those morons are the Reality Winners of the services. Bet none of them saw combat. Probably received a medical retirement in boot camp for a paper cut.

    • I know a local guy who washed out of Navy boot camp because he was a bed wetter! I am not kidding! And the fool has been getting full disability payments from the VA for years!

      I have scars all over and I qualify for 25% disability and a frigging bed wetter gets full disability payments? Plus, he gets his healthcare through the VA even though he never served a day of active duty.

      That is the problem we have with the VA. To many stupid people running things and to many dipwads who keep pushing and pushing to get something they never earned and eventually some gooberment clown gives it to them.

  • Betcha none of these tools were front line troops. Guarantee most of them got recycled at least twice during basic training.
