Voter rolls off by 189,000 in R.I., Journal analysis finds. There should be an estimated 592,672 voters but there are 781,771, or 189,000 (approximately 32%) more voters than there should be. If you like your voter fraud you can keep your voter fraud. It will be interesting to see what happens on election day in RI.
