Not so much anymore. Trump has appointed six judges to the 9th, doubling the number of Republican-appointed judges. They're still outnumbered but it's only 16-12 now, instead of 16-6. Considering a lot of cases don't get the full court but only one judge or a small number of judges, there's a lot better chance now that cases will get a fair hearing. And the intellectual level of the discussion HAS to have been raised. Some of the Obama-appointees are practically morons.
So the rate of cases from the 9th circus court, that are overturned by the supreme court will drop below 85 percent now?
