Progressives loath common courtesy because it implies that both parties are worthy of some respect.
Nobody tunes into a debate to see the "moderator", & the problem is that almost all of those in the MSM is part of the DNC machine. They should not be involved in any way, shape, or form in the debate process.
That's why I have to wonder why any GOP candidate would even agree to participate. Just say no.
I would have crossed my arms after about the 5th interruption and told the moderator to just let him talk away because he's obviously about as mentally developed as a 1st grader, then watched their heads explode.
