Weekly Thread 3/4 to 3/10/16. Talk About What You Like. Trying something new that doesn’t involve screwing up the website :-). Seems like everyone’s putting things that are unrelated in other posts. We don’t mind it but we thought it might make it easier for you to comment on other things we don’t have a post on. Please let me know if you think it’s a good idea or a flop. Have fun! (Hopefully).

I'm not much for dumping my personal problems on you guys, it isn't my way to whine about stuff, but I think this is good info for all of you who are getting older, like me. (snicker)
if you have severe back problems and your doctor suggests an epidural steroid shot think about it! I have had problems with numbness and tingling in my left arm for months now, plus the ever present back pain, so I decided to try what my doctor recommended. It is no big deal, a local to deaden the area and I never felt the shot. 24 hours later I feel better than I have felt in a long time. The sleeping sensation in my left arm is much better, back pain less, and it's supposed to take another few days before I feel the full effect.
These kind of shots may not be for everyone but judging by my very early experience it may be something for everyone to think about. Just a heads up for all you hard working guys like me, who have beat the crap out of your body over the years.
You guys and gals want me to leave this up or put a new one up for this week?
Do it like Ghost said, reset every week? I like the idea of an open thread and if it resets any of us can bring up the subject we were talking about and start again.
Set it up to auto-post a new blank "Weekly Thread" every Monday at 9 a.m. Pacific? I like the idea of an open thread, and anyone on a previous one will get updates to follow... Just thinking out loud.
