Mexico Threatens US With Repercussions
NACHOS BELL GRANDE, Mexico - The Mexican government is warning they will punish the United States if Donald Trump is elected president and follows through on his threat to tax the estimated $20 billion that Mexicans working/drawing welfare in the U.S. send home each year.
Trump responded to the threat by asking, "What are they going to do, tell the illegals here to short-sheet our beds and misshape our hedges? Please."
This Romney/Kasich thing is truly frightening. You have to ask yourself, what is the point of starting a third-party of RINOs to oppose a RINO? I think this is being done, or at least floated, to make sure real conservatives don't run a third-party candidate. This whole presidential election has been a case study in manipulation by the powers that be in Washington, for both Democrats and Republicans.
Is Kasich really worse than Mark Cuban?
Kasich came out and stated he is NOT running third party, which, since he's a politician, means nothing.
I'm not which scares me more, Romney/Kasich or Bernie!

This story just got even weirder. The reporter who made the recording that the Washington Post now has, says she thinks it was Donald Trump himself who leaked this story:
But even weirder YET, yesterday when, during a phone interview with the Washington Post, Trump was asked about playacting as his own publicist, he hung up:
And the reporter still insists it must have been Trump himself who leaked the tape last week.
So to recap: he leaks a tape of himself impersonating his own spokesman, then denies it's him on the tape even though the Washington Post submitted it to voce analysis and determined it is him on the tape, and now we learn that a quarter century ago he confessed to the whole caper and People Magazine actually ran a story on the confession, after which Trump took the reporter out for drinks.
Oh yeah, by all means, give this man authority over nuclear weapons.
I really don't want to give him authority over parking enforcement.

In this day of computers and voice recognition software that allows you to pick words out of anyones conversation then paste them together to suit your purpose I wouldn't put much faith in a supposed recording from over 20 years ago.
I have a question for you JP, and this is meant in all sincerity, no sarcasm at all. In light of everything that has happened this election cycle, what would you suggest should happen? You can be as broad as you like (what Trump should do/not do, what Clinton should do/not do, what the voters should do/not do).
First of all, if the Republican Party had any credibility they would reject The Donald because he doesn't agree with anything in their platform and if he's nominated the party has no reason for being anymore. In simpler words, nominating Trump is suicide.
But I think we all know the Republican Party has no credibility, so that won't happen.
Next best thing, Americans stop letting themselves be hoodwinked into voting for the complete losers the Democrats and Republicans offer up every four years and either stay home or vote for a third party candidate. This is the time to send a message from the electorate to the ruling class. This is the time to make it clear that Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are not good enough.
When's the last time either party offered a candidate that wasn't a complete loser? Reagan?
Could you see Trump doing ANYTHING, or multiple things, that would convince you that he's at least better than Clinton and earn your vote?
If I let myself indulge in wishful thinking, which is what I think Trump supporters are doing, I could see him doing something positive. But the thing is, I don't think he has either the capability or the inclination to do anything positive. Can you point to one single thing he has ever accomplished? In spite of being given a couple hundred million dollar head start on the rest of us? So even if he really has good intentions, which I doubt, I don't see him doing anything positive. He reminds me of the Kardashians and Paris HIlton: Donald Trump is famous for being famous.
On the negative side, I think a Donald Trump presidency will put the final nail in the coffin of the republic. If we follow a Democrat dictator with a Republican dictator, where is the hope after that?
And of course the natural response from Trump is to threaten the owner of the Washington Post:
Heard a story about ESPN on the sports today, they are jettisoning all their higher priced talent cause they are loosing a shitload of viewers who are dumping bundled cable for Hulu and Netflix...ESPN is going to have an audience the size of PMSNBC soon..
Your feel good story for the day. This little girl can write much better than I can yet she was born with no hands! This is what happens when you have parents who teach their children that no handicap should stand in the way of anything you want to do. No whining, no blaming, nothing but love for a child and helping her to succeed.
