Since both presidential candidates, a number of Republican politicians, and even Fox News are jumping on the gun control bandwagon, all of them marinating in ignorance while they do so, I thought everybody might enjoy a completely rational, accurate, myth-destroying column from National Review about "assault rifles:"

I don't know if this made the rounds previously but this is striking evidence that the Obama administration are traitors to the United States (not that we didn't need any more proof). I say Obama and the top people in his administration should be tried for treason and hanged.
His views on race were vile. The things he said were vile. He actually addressed a KKK rally at one point because his views and theirs were in sync. Maybe he recanted on that stuff later in life, I don't know, but he never came out and made a public statement about recanting.
Of course he does. White, Right, Christians, are the biggest threat to radical Islamists, that we face.
If we don't incarcerate White, Right, Christians, Islam has no chance to thrive here.
The left and the Islamists must be given free reign to take over and control the world. That is our only hope for peace, as can be evidenced by the overwhelming number of White, Right, Christian, terror attacks we have seen in the past 20 years.

I see the collusion between the Left and Islam the same as Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan... The Left hopes to be able to control Muslims or overtake them once the opposition is gone. Numbers and the share amount of violence makes their plans illogical. Islam will not be controlled nor overtaken by the Left. Interestingly once the Left starts ti be targeted for destruction the best allies will be moderates and the Right. They will plead for help... will it be there?
