Welcome to Barack Obama’s third term. If the president making budget deals with Democrats wasn’t déjà vu enough, how about this: on the anniversary of 9/11, the president, the vice-president, the attorney general, and the secretary of defense all gave speeches in which they failed to mention radical Islamic terrorism.
