just like North Korea, Military gets everything and the population gets nothing so the prick at the top can maintain control..Too bad the military doesn't just shoot Maduro in the head and hang his ass from a telephone pole.
Look at any socialist Utopia and you will see that Dear Leader always has enough resources for the military to keep the populace down.
Personally, I blame Trump for VZ failing under socialism.
