We frequently see descriptions of criminals such as “a male, 6’2″ wearing a baseball cap, white t-shirt and jeans. If you see this man call the police,” which could be half the city.

Germany has about had enough as well. They interviewed on chick who looked Asin, but spoke German. She was involved in the Cologne sexual assaults and riots.
