No idea how idiots like this guy manage to get a college degree, let alone get elected to public office.
College degrees are easy to get if your a liberal in Kalifornia, you could poop on paper and turn that in as your thesis and get a 4.0 GPA.
The graduate with a science degree asks,

A soldier falls into a deep hole and screams for help. His sergeant hears the screams and looks into the hole, throws him a shovel, and says, "There! Now dig your way out!" But the soldier can't figure out how to dig his way out of the hole so he keeps screaming. Then an officer looks into the hole and says, "Use the tools your sergeant gave you!" And leaves. Then a VA psychiatrist wanders up to the hole and says, "I can give you something for your anxiety but you will have to give up your rifle first." But he doesn't want to give up his gun. Finally a fellow soldier hears him screaming and jumps into the hole with him. "What the hell are you doing?" yells the soldier. "Now we're both in the hole!" "Relax," says the second soldier. "I've been in this hole before and I know how to get out."

Damn how many political fools can California produce? Lieu has no understanding of the U S Constitution. The President is Commander and Chief. Making POTUS in charge of the US Military.
Hmmm... Rep. Lieu grandstands for the for the media by not participating in a moment of silence for the victims of the Texas church massacre...deliberately misconstrues a remark by AG Sessions...and now urges military officers to disobey their oaths...he must be running for the 2020 Democratic Presidential nomination. Of course, since he was born in Taiwan he's not eligible to serve as President, but it would be amusing to let him go on making a fool of himself for a while longer.
