You won’t believe this garbage

You won’t believe this garbage. 37 months. What a joke. Whoever gave this guy this plea bargain should be transferred to Uzbekistan.

  • The component/system this guy monkeyed with threw a warning flag in the cockpit. The pilots would never have tried to take off with that warning flag unless they worked for Southwest Airlines, so no actual lives were risked.
Having said that, the mere mention of someone deliberately damaging, disabling or altering a system will result in immediate grounding of a plane. Everyone involved goes on immediate unpaid leave. If it turns out the accuser was trying get someone in trouble, he is gone. I've seen three investigations regarding deliberate sabotage of a commercial airliner. Two were just squabbles between two guys and resulted in termination of the guys making the false accusations.
The third was an actual case of deliberate sabotage. One of our jets was in a heavy check hangar with work being done by an outside vendor. Every year before Christmas, this particular vendor, Dee Howard, always laid off people One of the guys that got laid off calmly walked into the aircraft with a pair of wire cutters and started snipping wires. He then packed up his tools and left the premises. A week later, the vendor put power on the aircraft; systems were failing, breakers popping, warning horns screaming and general chaos reigned inside the cockpit. The FBI got called.
I actually went to the airplane a week before it was sabotaged and robbed a component for one of our live flights. My work was documented and my name was in the logbook. Some of the guys that work there mentioned to the feebs that some Continental guys probably did it, because they saw me at the aircraft. The FBI comes to our shop and interviewed everyone from all three shifts to see if one of us did it. The only person not interviewed was me! It took roughly 2 months and several million dollars to troubleshoot, repair and test the aircraft. Adding insult to injury, Dee Howard tried to bill us for the damage!

  • This is the same damn department that wanted to give Roger Stone what amounted to a death sentence. What a true F#$&ing joke. Stone exercised his constitutional rights (granted loudly and profoundly) yet this PoS wanted to blow up planes and kill Americans and he gets 37 months. Its time that President Trump call up William Barr and give him two choices, clean up and out the DoJ and all sub departments starting today, or resign today.

  • Ah, but Roger Stone was supposed to get 9 years, Flynn had his life ruined and had to sell his house and they threatened to go after his son, and Manafort is still in solitary confinement like he's some kind of ISIS terrorist. I guess attempting to bring down an airliner and kill hundreds of people isn't as bad as being an associate of Trump.

  • But those 37 months in jail will change this criminal. He'll be reformed. He'll come out of prison singing America the Beautiful.
