They don't need to explain why, we already know.
That fugly twit that runs YouTube needs to be taken outside and tied to a tree, and let to rot. She is nothing but a little commie and a friend of Adam Shiftless..He even bragged about writing a letter to this twit "demanding" they stop showing misinformation about the Kung FLu, which happens to be anything but the official democrap theory. I am sure it's not much of a stretch to think little pencil neck shit is behind this too....
Its about time that anti trust laws be applied to both You Flub and FakeBook. Then watch how fast this type of shit stops. Win on ideas not censorship.
They have a special dispensation from the courts that releases them from liability for what appears on their sites. This is their weak point. The dispensation is based on their claim that they are merely platforms, not content providers. The NYTimes and CNN are content providers so they are liable, subject to defamation lawsuits if they go off the rails. Thing is, if YouTube and Facebook et al are going to control their content, which they are clearly doing at this point, they should lose that dispensation and be subject to liability.
Right now, I would love to be the guy that tested it out. I would love to sue YouTube's ass and watch them try to claim they are not a content provider after all the censorship they are doing. I think they would lose.
And what's worse, they aren't even as protected as a newspaper because they make no claim to being a news source. They should be just as liable as you and I for what appears on their sites.
You start the fight and there will be many joining it from all sides.
Well, someone would have to post something defamatory about me on one of the sites and I don't see that happening. I'm too loveable.
But amongst all those millions of videos on YouTube and all those billions of posts on Facebook you KNOW there are some lies about Trump. Trump should sue them for defamation and see what happens.
That is based upon them not being publishers. If they're removing shit they're not a neutral platform, they're publishers. I can't wait until they get nailed.
Explanation is simple: The ads are good and highlight the absolute sh*t show that is the Democrat party.
