Update: “Ryan Payne, one of the occupation leaders, suffered multiple gunshots in the shooting, according to The Oregonian reporter Les Zaitz, who cited a local government official. Harney District Hospital in Burns is on lockdown and St. Charles Medical Center – Bend confirmed it had dispatched an air ambulance, though it provided no other details.”
Update: Now being reported 8 in custody and one dead, but nothing on who.

The FBI said the people arrested Tuesday face a federal felony charge of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation or threats.
If that doesn't sound like a made up charge, then nothing does!

"The residents of Harney County have been overlooked and underserved by federal officials' response thus far," Gov. Kate Brown said during a news conference. "This spectacle of lawlessness must end. And until Harney County is free of it I will not stop insisting that federal officials enforce the law."

It was just mentioned that the people arrested were traveling on a major highway, to a meeting, when the shootout occurred. This leads me to believe the Feds shot first.
The Feds ALWAYS shoot first...
So, our government shoots and kills a citizen that is a Conservative, but they still refuse to call Muslim terrorists what they are, and make excuses for them killing Americans.
