4 of the 5 Great Lakes about to freeze over. We suppose hell could freeze over and the warmers would still be quoting Al Gore et al.

Yea, it's warming. That's why it's 34 degrees here on the central Florida Gulf Coast at 9 am.
When I stop waking up to frost on my tropical plants in January and February, I will believe that the climate is back to normal, and no warming or cooling exists. At that point we can start talking about the 1 degree rise every 100 years, which MIGHT kill off the planet in the next 30 centuries, if it never gets cooler again, which is historically improbable.
Well, doing my best not to giggle and so far succeeding. But no promises

My sister and her husband rent down around Fort Myers for the winter and she says it's been a miserable year, a waste of money. She figures if they're going to sit inside and shiver they might as well stay in Michigan where they have a much bigger house to sit and shiver in.
Well geez guys, just imagine how bad it would be without that extra 1 degree of warming over the past 100 years.
F that noise. I'm no spring chicken and the last two winters have been the worst that I can remember, including 77/78 when I lived on the east coast. I'm descended from Danes and I can generally handle cold with no problem but this has been over the top here in northern Indiana.
We went from anthropogenic global warming to climate change in less than five years. Why? because there has been no warming and it hasn't been global so all they have left is to cite climate change. A one stop shop for every major weather(But it's not climate) event.
Well, no shit Sherlock. The climate has been changing throughout human history and well beyond. Duh. On a short term level, we call such things "seasons". On a long term level, we still don't know our ass from a hole in the ground. We can't even use our models to accurately predict two weeks out but we're doomed in a hundred years because models say so? "Climate scientists" interpret tree ring and ice core data like gypsies reading tea leaves and we're supposed to swallow whatever they sell us.
What a crock of shit. I would be happy if another ice age got going right now just to shut these idiots up. Have fun with a shorter growing season with fewer crop yields available to a growing population.
/Rant
I am still waiting for the explanation as to how the earth warmed up after the ice age when the earth's population was miniscule compared to now and there was (supposedly) much lower levels of carbon dioxide in the air. . . Until then, they can shove their globalwarminganthropogeniccliamtechange100yearsofweatherforecasting where the sun don't shine! (pun intended)
We could ask that Islamic crazy guy who said the earth rotates backwards and the sun rotates around the earth..I bet he has an explanation that is even funny than the climate tards have...
Remember when the climate change morons said, "It must get colder before it gets warmer." Yeah well, how much colder does it have to get before the warming starts?
I predict it will be warm again in July.
Dreamer!
Second year in a row we've seen this shit. Last year people were walking way out on Lake Michigan in February. I've never seen that in my life and I'm over 60. If it happens again next year, the polar bears are gonna move in.
I wonder about this story: [A}ccording a recent report from the National Climate Data Center, this has been the sixth warmest winter on record.
Just like elections, I guess it matters who is counting/recording the temperatures
Heres hoping the Goracle is found frozen to death in one of the great lakes...
